Meet the Client:
Mineral Springs Methodist Church recently affiliated with the Global Methodist Church, creating a new chapter in their history and ministry. While they initially put together a quick Canva logo using the GMC icon, the church was ready for a stronger foundation as they prepared to overhaul their website, mobile app, and communications strategy. They needed a refreshed brand identity that would be both faithful to their new affiliation and flexible enough to grow with their future plans.

Redesign the logo to create a bolder, more modern version that maintains a connection to the GMC identity while functioning well across both large and small applications.
Establish a color palette that pulls from the official GMC brand guidelines while introducing a bright spring green to reflect renewal and vitality.
